David was first licensed in Real Estate industry in Bucks county PA with Richard Sclott in 1978 after immigrating here from Norfolk, England.

David then received his mortgage Brokers license in 1979 and was active in both industries before moving to Orlando in 1994 where David remained active in both the mortgage and in the Real-estate investment and development businesses. During this time David also was able to put together the investors to build and open The Gardens Orlando resort locally in Orlando, as well as assemble the partnership creating Mission Hills Estates, a 165 unit low to moderate income home development in Orlando. 

Now obtaining his Florida Sales associate license and joining the NAR, David is ready to put his knowledge of Real Estate and finance to work for you, not only guiding his clients through the wants and needs process, but to secure the best property fit.
