Viney has built a reputation in Central Florida for outstanding service to investors, buyers, and sellers.  Her specialty is supporting the needs of her local and national clients as she successfully guides them through what could turn out to be the largest and most important real estate transaction of their lives.  She has been a Realtor for more than 15 years and has a great deal of experience working with investors as their agent and property manager when they buy and sell.  Her efforts consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients and, as a result, the foundation of Viney’s career has been formed by their exceptional loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.

Viney also specializes in working with new home builders in Horizons West.  She is a Certified New Home Co-Broker and her expertise and market knowledge are evident, from a new client’s first phone call to the Closing.  Her advice and good business judgment can be trusted and she makes sure to pay very close attention to the details of every transaction.

Viney graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.  She is a former Superior Court Clerk, public school teacher, and author of children’s books.  She enjoys travel and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
